Weekly Lunch Menu  Week of 04-16-18 thru 04-20-18

Monday:

Fried Pork Chops, Taco Salad, mashed potatoes, brown and milk gravy, corn, carrots, lima beans, cornbread.

Tuesday:

Beef Steak and Potatoes w/rice and gravy, Chicken Fricassee, green bean casserole, twice baked potatoes, sweet peas, and cornbread.

Wednesday:

Pork Roast w/rice and gravy, Spaghetti, navy beans, corn maque choux, blackeye peas, garlic bread, and cornbread.

Thursday:

Beef Pepper Steak w/rice and gravy, Taco Soup, butter beans, green beans w/potatoes, carrot souffle, macaroni and cheese, and cornbread.

Friday:

Shrimp Creole w/rice, Baked Fish, Fried Catfish, Fried Shrimp, popcorn shrimp, potato wedges, broccoli nuggets, corn nuggets, onion rings, fried okra, jalapeno and cheese hashbrowns, macaroni and cheese wedges, fried green beans, hush puppies, cole slaw, fried mushrooms, and cornbread.
